\cf0 Requirements:\
- this folder's pcsx2-dev.exe and PCSX2_0.9.6_setup.msi\
- a PS2 game on disc or an ISO\
\
This is a build of an old Windows version of PCSX2 which had its own launch arguments dialog box, removing the need for uLaunchELF entirely. However, this version of PCSX2 (circa v0.9.6) is less compatible with the PS2 game library than modern PCSX2.\
\
The last version of the code in the git repository for PCSX2 that had the dialog is 4/25/09's commit a6cbab677f256c416405ba0cddbf06a2654ed41f. "pcsx2-dev.exe" is a build of this state of the code.\
\
I produced this build in order to try passing launch arguments to the unfinished developer build of Oni 2 from Angel Studios, but this older version of PCSX2 was not able to run the dev build, so I progressed to the more complex solution of employing uLaunchELF and a new version of PCSX2.\
\
I had difficulty building some of the plugins, however, so the ones included in the actual release of v0.9.6 (see PCSX2_0.9.6_setup.msi) should be used with pcsx2-dev.exe.}
