AEI2 0.99c:
- Download window: Show which file is currently being downloaded and if it is an automaticly resolved dependency
- Added mandatory packages dialog
- Added option to show automatic resolved dependencies after installation is done instead of interrupting installation process to ask whether to continue
- ToolManager: version number + last change added
- Correct output of download-size in mainwin after installation of mods done

AEI2 0.95:
- Made download-window non-abortable as soon as last file was downloaded (but not yet unpacked)
- Fixed table to work with local-only packages again (regression introduced when adding last-change column)
- Added mod version number to contents pane

AEI2 0.88:
- Localization files moved to common localization package

AEI2:
- Table columns "Type" and "Platform" removed
- Column "Install" moved to front
- Added Type+Platform to the description pane for now
- Order of level-installation: now in alphabetical order (0, 10...19, 1...9)
- Oni launched with WorkDir set to the Edition folder instead of AEI folder
