Are you being warned that Anniversary Edition Setup has not been signed by an identified developer when double-clicking it? Due to this being a simple fan-produced application, the app is not signed with an Apple Developer certificate. Currently, the default setting for OS X's Gatekeeper security feature will refuse to run an unsigned app unless you do one of the following:\

- Right-click the app and choose "Open", then click the "Open" button in the "Are you sure?" prompt.\
