Deleting OSBD for Radio Saber sound, as it didn't do anything by itself anyway, and the sound is now used by the Kojiro mod.

Deleting level3 AISA fix, seems to be unneeded.

Deleting level18 BINACBJOCharacter file because it doesn't make sense (changes two female TCTF to Strikers\!).

Deleting HD Main Menu textures as they are now part of the HD Screens package.

Deleting diary page and menu fixes as they are now in AE7 core and deleting SUBT file because it only added a pickup message for the BGI Subjugator.

Deleting Doctor Fix because it adds a link to Kerr's death animation but Loser and I don't know why it's needed.

Deleting NextRelease/81000TCTF3 as it has been archived on Depot.

Deleting NextRelease/KonokoPack as it only consisted of one rudimentary, unfinished outfit.

Deleting 23000ShinatamaToo as it is now on Depot.

Deleting 45000NinjaShadowDash as it is now on Depot.

AEI2 Setup Win

Removing 2010 read-me (now maintained on Depot), adding Installer2/ directory that directs user to java/ for actual code.

Deleting annoying empty folders in Globalize/.

Removing Motoko from NextRelease, as these files are from 2009 and EdT has finished Motoko and released it on his own.

Removing gbackup; contained fix for mini-Strikers, which is now package 2000 on Depot, and fix for Karen cameo in Ch. 3, which is cool and I don't want to fix it :-3
